Not clean, no gas to cook, balcony door is broken, the washroom's door was broken, the sofa bed was not comfortable at all and smelly. No bed sheet, only one and it was not clean. I forgot one dress and towel but they said they couldn't find it

Nice view of the sea from the balcony of the apartment.

The front door of the appartment was very hard to open and lock using the door key. When we complained about that, it wasn't been repaired by the owner or the assistant owner. The astro tv also was not function smoothly.

I like the house.comfortable,spacious and clean.easy access to the pool and beach and nearby shops.

Everything is good and the place is cosy and comfortable...near the beach and the view is amazing...

The owner kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which made our arrival much more convenient. Additionally, we appreciated the extended check-out time, giving us a little extra moment to relax before leaving..

There is a noticeable water leak affecting both the bathroom and the kitchen areas. In the bathroom, the leak appears to be coming from the area around the sink or possibly the toilet, while in the kitchen, it seems to originate from the sink or the plumbing under the counter. This situation may require immediate attention to prevent further damage and ensure proper repairs are made. Mentioned as have WIFI, but actual not available.

Property needs better maintenance at general area from lift to unit. One of the lift not working n the other lift sometimes cannot closed properly resulted in long queue. Bedroom light too dimmed n main-door difficult to open.
