"Good location. Fine for a short stay."

The location was great for accessing the Manchester Arena. The shopping centre is also close by and there were good places in the area, such as the Hard Rock Café, to get something to eat and relax.

The parking was not great. There was an underground car park that we were supposed to be given access to. The instructions and directions for this was complicated and on the night we stayed, we were told that the lift was broken and we had to find a public car park. To be fair, once we had done this, the host refunded what we paid. Never the less, this was a big inconvenience.

Nothing

Turned up and found that all the messages on WhatsApp had been deleted. Phoned the owner and got a tale about the place being a mess. He then just gave us a refund and left us with nowhere to stay. Luckily we managed to get into the nearby Hilton at an extra £100 that I'm currently trying to get back. Do not book here or anywhere else the proprietor might offer. I've travelled a lot and never had an experience like this. Booking.com.should do more due diligence to root out cowboys like this
