The host was very communicative. The property was clean and well stocked. It’s in a great location-walking distance to the beach and nightlife. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. Parking spot available.

The location was excellent. The rooms were a decent size, and the kitchen was nice. It would have been a great value if the cleaning fee wasn’t such a rip off

They snuck in a $180 cleaning fee, and the apartment was NOT clean when we got there. There was a pair of dirty socks left in the front room. The fridge was not clean and the floors made our feet very dirty. Also, one of the bedrooms was very hot. A small AC unit in there would have made a huge difference in the comfort level. I think the $180 cleaning fee was way out of control considering that it wasn’t very clean.

The apartment is conveniently located near multiple restaurants and a few blocks walk away from the beach and pier.

Unfortunately, this is beyond the control of the Management or Owner, but the property is right behind the Amtrak Train Station. The train always blares its loud air horn. This usually ends at 10 pm. The other major negative is the lack of Air Conditioning. The management or owner should invest in singular room AC units instead of having a central AC.

The location and cleanliness was good. Additionally, it had most of the amenities we wanted for a family of 4.

The top bunk bed wasn’t comfortable enough for an adult and there was no central air conditioning.

There is no air conditioner. Felt stuffy and warm even though the windows were open when we arrived. A ceiling fan would have been helpful in the living room to circulate the air. The parking lot is small and tight. It's very hard to exit the parking lot. Especially with a truck. We were afraid to hit the building wall. Had to do lots of turns to avoid our vehicle getting damaged.
