"Little hidden gem."

Everything about our short stay at the Pelican Room was perfect. Exceptionally clean and Caroline was lovely host who went above and beyond to make our short family Christmas stay memorable.

We had everything we needed. It’s a village location so is quiet. Lovely decor. Caroline was easy to contact and was flexible and so welcoming. We loved the treats left for our stay. And the pelican theme.

Absolutely everything. To be specific, the layout was perfect - very spacious. The quality of bed linen and furniture was exquisite. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were top spec. Access to the property couldn’t have been simpler and Catherine, the host, was so friendly and approachable. She even put fresh bread, butter and jam in the cart lodge for my arrival. A very special little place.
