Apartments in Kaunas city centre with Jacuzzi bath

Location is great - terrace amazing

Good Location

Horrible HORRIBLE stay would not suggest anyone. First, price for the property is overrated. We arrived quite late from driving for 13 hours that day and was very exhausted. After taking the shower we realised the water has not gone anywhere but inside the apartment from the bathroom. I ended up cleaning it all around 3AM to avoid any damage and avoid waking up the host. It took me about 45 mins to do so as there’s no extra towels provided. I saved all the proof and photos in my phone to provide and explaination. In the morning I kindly explained to the host the situation and they blamed us for everything that has happened - no “thank you” for helping cleaning up, just rude comments and accusations in the messages for what have WE done. I understand pipes can get clogged or perhaps something else to the water system. However not even apologising for what has happened and ASKING MONEY FROM US is so disrespectful. After multiple raised complaints with booking.com I have gotten back €15 from the whole booking. Very saddened from this experience. hosts are ignoring still my messages

The jacuzzi was amazing. It was a stormy evening which made it not such a calm experience. But we enjoyed it anyway.

Please tell guests that the entry door is next to the Esthetics Clinic. We walked all around the building trying to understand which was the right door. Also, the apartment is about 5 minute walk to the central station, which is very convenient if you are coming from out of town.
