Principality Suites; Three Bed By Property Promise

The modern feel of it and how clean it was

Sofa bed very uncomfortable, unsleepable, shower only trickles out, no bedding for the sofa bed upstairs in the bunk bed room.

Property lovely inside, we had 9 teenagers and two adults.

Could have done with some basic cleaning products for emergencies to wipe sides down in the kitchen. Also a sweeping brush or dust pan and brush . Was short of a duvet for one of the sofa beds . One tv remote was missing and only one battery in the other remote.

Perfect city centre location. Within walking distance of the shopping centre and the train station. Ideal for shops and eating out. Plenty of room for our whole family. We would definitely stay here again!

More than 1 teaspoon would be beneficial - we had tea and coffee drinkers having to share 1 spoon!

The location was good

I felt I was misled by the pictures and the title pricipality suites. These are not suites they feel more like student accommodation. There were no hooks anywhere to hang your towels or clothes, the flat was badly maintained and needed some TLC

Location. Spacious apartment. Clean and well presented. Loved not having to be responsible for a key, the keypad entry system worked well.

Lack of somewhere to hang up clothes and towels. It would have been nice to have had some more seats in the lounge area.
