"Overpriced and unclean"

Location was good, neighborhood safe but the property is in disrepair

Very dirty. Had to clean bathrooms/kitchen ourselves upon arrival- toilets disgusting. Overflowing trash cans out front (trash pick up is Tues per instructions but cans were literally overflowing and it was Thursday.. they were like that the duration of our stay). We found roaches in the living room (I have pictures). Fridge leaking, garbage disposal emitting horrible odor, trash can lid broken. The backyard is covered in some kind of spikey seed droppings that rendered it unusable and the front yard was overgrown. Very disappointing.

"Holiday Stay for a St Jude Family"

We absolutely loved the cozy home feel throughout the home. The beds were all temper-pedic and the rooms were good sized. The house may look small on the outside but was very spacious for our family of 5. The host was easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. The master bedroom was huge and had a bathroom next to it with a extra large shower that seemed to give extremely hot water for those long showers. We also enjoyed the ease of streaming all of our favorite shows on the TVs in every room with the Roku enabled TVs. The location was safe and in a nice older subdivision among large nature oak trees.

There wasn't much that we didn't like with this home. Just some upgrades that could be made to enhance the experience. A larger refrigerator would be good for a larger family. And the master bedroom would get colder at night since it was the furthest point from the HVAC system.
