Great property and very central. Well stocked and we had everything we needed. It was great that there was a dedicated parking space as it was all permits on the street. Area really lovely and we were visiting the University so it was perfectly located and just a short walking distance.

The communal areas are a bit jaded which could be a bit off putting at first sight but the flat was perfect. Also I didnt realise we had to leave a £250 deposit when I first booked, but this has now been refunded within a few days.

The location was perfect , within easy walking distance of the city centre and the accommodation was comfortable, well equipped and clean.

The 250 deposit was a little unexpected but my fault for not reading the small print.

Beds felt tired- newer mattresses would complement the property. Poor WiFi- was up and down. Probably worked 50% of the time. Could be noisy as the people above us arrived back at 3-4am, going upstairs and moving around could be heard. Coffee Pod machine was not working, required cleaning, descaling or some internal error. No microwave? Pod machine and WiFi issues were communicated to the host’s agents- no firm resolution unfortunately.

I had a fantastic stay here and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The apartment was spotless on arrival, beautifully presented, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the whole place felt well looked after and welcoming. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything nearby, and the environment was peaceful and relaxing. The host was also great with communication, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place.

Stairs ending at front door of flat...needing two hands to open door. Was ok when you got used to it.
