The fact the flat is on a very busy road with little to no soundproofing wasn’t ideal, the pavement is directly outside the bedroom window, again not ideal.

GBGBModern clean apartment with most requirements catered for. Good quality appliances and fittings, with instruction manuals. VERY helpful and responsive owner. Excellent parking facilities. Local amenities good.
Not enough cutlery, only 2 dessert spoons, and no serving spoons. A small coffee table would have been useful in the lounge.. The wardrobe was poorly made and difficult to open and close. Not enough hangers.
