Close to Belfast City Centre.Modern Opened Planned

Good location and amenities. Spacious rooms. En-suite, family bathroom and separate loo very handy. Plenty of utensils.

Not enough outdoor chairs. Need to change 2nd bedroom bed to a divan. All bedrooms need a small chest of drawers. Unfortunately, there was alot of black mould in the 2nd bedroom wardrobe. Sink in en-suite needs drainage looked at.

Place is clean. Very peaceful and comfy.

Almost everything is okay. Only just lavatory was stock.

Family of 5 stayed here for one night. The host Marie- Claire was very helpful and communication excellent. House was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and parking outside the front door was great.Would highly recommended.

Location, free car park, lovely comfy bed and very quiet place

Location was good with and we took an Uber ride into to city as it was raining. We did walk it too - about 25mins. The house was clean and had very good amenities. Beds were comfy and the house was in a quiet area so were not disturbed by traffic. Over a good stay.

The decor is quite tired and could do with refresh with paint particularly in the family bathroom. This did not affect our stay as we were out exploring most of the day and only slept, showered and breakfasted at the house.
