Prachtige locatie, familie hotel met fijne sfeer.

Wij hadden een erg kleine en lage slaapkamer met onwijs krakende bedstee die niet comfortabel was maar zag er wel prachtig uit.

Very homey atmosphere, wonderful team ensuring all guests needs are met, and such a serene view/ hotel surroundings We enjoyed a very relaxing stay on this one night stop

Dinner was overpriced

Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Kleine Zimmer, sehr hellhörig, Essen mittelmässig.

Staff and the fact that as we had to wait for the boat the hotel were happy for us to sit in their lovely lounge over looking the fjord.

A beautiful view over the fjord from the lounge. Charming and helpful staff. The local beer is excellent. Breakfast was quite good, though lacking a variety of fruit. Car parking was good.

Our room was tiny and full of dusty old books. There was barely enough space to even walk around the bed. No safe and no kettle, though there was in any case nowhere to put them. See photo. An extremely noisy room, the soundproofing was very poor. We were next to the road and directly above the kitchen so the noise was incessant from there and from the surrounding rooms. Sleep was therefore very difficult to achieve. For the money we paid, this was entirely unacceptable. We had hoped to have authentic Norwegian cuisine for the evening meal, but unfortunately there was just a set menu in the “fine dining” style that we can get anywhere. Very little to commend this hotel other than the view from the lounge.
