"Appartement moderne et bien situé dans Côme"

Appartement moderne et très propre conforme à l'annonce, les formalités pour le code de la serrure électronique étaient claires et précises, nous n'avons pas eu de contact physique mais tout s'est bien passé. Emplacement très proche du centre de Côme. Supermarché à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement.

Bom apartamento!!! Tem todas as comodidades necessárias para uma pequena estadia. Falta somente: um abajur na sala( se alguém precisar trabalhar as luzes da sala/quarto ficam todas acesas. E na casa de banho suportes para as toalhas. Excelente localização! 02 minutos da estação Borghi o q facilita bastante a ida ao centro ( 1 estação somente), e a ida para outros lados, e ao aeroporto. Outro ponto: a saída as 10 h é bastante incómodo para o hóspedes.

Horário da saída às 10 h, PÉSSIMO!!!!! Principalmente quando os voos são a noite. A falta de um abajour na sala, suporte para as toalhas na casa de banho.

L'appartement était parfaitement équipé et beau, nous nous sentions en sécurité due au fait que l'appartement se trouvait à l'intérieur d'une cour typique italienne, relativement bien placée mais surtout proche de la gare. Il y avait tout pour se sentir comme chez soi et cela était vraiment agréable.

Rien de négatif à dire, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

"Una peste alta, un deal corect"

Camera destu de spatioasa si utilata bine. Curatenia a fost ok, cu exceptia catorva pete pe pilota de invelit. Fiind situata la parter, pentru zilele de vara, temperatura a fost ok, nu am avut nevoie de aer conditionat. Amplasare cat de cat ok, langa gara (dar nu langa gara principala, aceea este cam la 30 de min de mers). Zona a fost linistita, fara zgomote peste masura. Pana la lac ai de mers cam 20 - 25 de minute.

Check-in-ul online, destul de pretentios. Ora de check-out (10.00) mi se pare exagerata, iar mesajele repetate privind asta, iarasi, un pic cam mult. Patul nu asa confortabil cum speram.

I have been using Booking for many years and never have I experienced how hard it is to contact the mananger of the apartment. We ended up having to book another hotel for the first night because I couldn’t reach anyone! I tried to call, send mail, message and WhatsApp but never got a reply. The next morning they reached out to us, they were unpolite and blamed it on me!
