The host was exceptionally warm and welcoming and she went the extra mile to ensure I was well catered for. It was a last minute booking and the host made it very smooth running. The flat itself is done to exceptional standards, felt like staying in a 5 star hotel home, warm, cosy, clean, with everything u need for your stay at hand ... I loved it😍

Difficult to get the TV channels. Followed the instructions in a manual and when I clicked on Guest. Nothing happened. Tried a few times so gave up.
