MTWe didnt like the fact that the jacuzzi did not heat up,of course we paid for the jacuzzi aswell , we called them a million times to get someone to check it out the 24/7 guest team said that they’ll come on that day and no one showed up.. We called them lots of times the next day and they showed up saying that the jacuzzi has a set temperature that cannot be changed.. and then we asked the check out late since we did not enjoy the jacuzzi . Only one tine cold and the house keeping came at 10 o clock and we told them that we were informed that we’ll be checking out at noon.
