Stunning Coach House with two bedrooms and parking

Stunning indeed!!! Spacious, clean, warm, comfortable and very convenient as it sits behind a hotel with a great restaurant.

If I had to say something…the double bed could perhaps benefit from a mattress topper. However, it was already comfortable enough - everything was great!

Immaculately presented and furnished to a high standard. The owners were very friendly and location was excellent with a fantastic pub and restaurant on the door step.

The cottage was beautiful, very warm and homely. It had everything we needed and more. We particularly enjoyed the board games and appreciated the little treats that were left for us. The beds were very comfortable and we all had excellent nights sleep. Check in was very easy with great communication. We really appreciated the host popping by to say hello on our first evening. Location was great...about 20 mins to blackpool. Lovely views over fields, nice and quiet. We will 100% be back.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike.

access could have been better, because of a very high door step. anyone with limited mobility would have found it very difficult to get into the house, although we understand the owners are going ti fit a grab rail

Host met us when we arrived and explained everything. very friendly & helpful. cottage was lovely, exceptionally clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. we were asked if we were bringing our dog and we had treats, poo bags etc waiting for us when we arrived. A small goodie basket was also waiting for us with biscuits, crisps etc. milk in the fridge & bottle of wine. Host was extremely helpful with local knowledge regarding local walks etc.

slightly off the beaten track and not easy to take a dog for a walk straight from the property.

The location of the Coach House was perfect for us, excellent for exploring the area!, just a few miles from the hustle and bustle of Blackpool or the relatively quiet Fleetwood. The view was beautiful.

Super self contained house with everything you need for a few nights. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Fabulous location by the river and 2 minutes walk to the Shard Inn which we also found to be excellent. Very dog friendly with lots of throws, blankets and bowls to keep the hounds happy. Private car parking space and very secure location. Perfect!
