Overall the homestay was comfortable to stay.

Very spacy and the house internal design is cozy, feel like very warm homestay in the property. The cleaner is helpful to provide things that we found shortage such as towels, toilet papers, remote control battery. The beach is very near to the propoerty.

Very sticky floor on each floors, and a lot of dust on the glass surface of TV console, main doors and tables. There is no menu for washing machine. Some of the fixture already run down. Is it really a need to separate crockery for muslim and non-muslim?!

It was a clean, comfortable house. It suits for family vacation stay

I suggest to change a comfortable pillow. And TV in Master bedroom.

The house is super comfy, spacious and comfortable. Such a nice and luxurious house equal to the 5 stars hotel. We booked at the very last minute but it was smoothly handled by the pic. Suitable for family gathering

The sink tap in the wet kitchen is not working. The kitchen sink was clogged. And the electric went black out at 4am.

The house is beautifully design from top to bottom, every room has individual and nice features and a provides you with a mansion-living lifestyle. It's spacious and ideal for families with a huge master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It's quiet yet close to the beach, the Escape theme park, butterfly farm and much more attractions. It's a very unique and rewarding experience to stay here and the host is approachable and comfortable to deal with. A must for families and vacationers coming to Penang and Batu Ferringhi!
