lived with a family of 3 adults and a child. good apartments, wonderful hospitable host, large rooms, private terrace, the sea is nearby, there is absolutely everything for life. highly recommended. will definitely come back here!!!

Пахло сыростью. Из-за слышимости не могла спать первую ночь, казалось, что в квартире кто-то еще находится, но звуки исходили от соседей.

Presne zodpovedá pomer ceny a kvality. Apartman čistý , priestranný , vybavenie ok . Do 10 minut ste na pláži ( plaze platene ) , obchod 20 minut. Majiteľ Vám napise vsetky informácie cez WhatsApp 😊 ( čo bolo uplne v pohode) .

Dlhe hľadanie voľného miesta na parkovanie Vaňu so sprchou treba uz vymenit ( stara , zajdena) slabý tlak vody , problem sa sprchovat Záhradka, čo patrí k apartmánu by trebalo upraviť ( pokosiť trávu , trochu z útulniť ) inak ok

Appartement confortable, agréable et bien équipé notamment en ce qui concerne la cuisine. Cet appartement dispose également d’une terrasse agréable. La rapidité pour finaliser cette location à notre arrivée à Gênes et la grande disponibilité du propriétaire pour venir nous remettre les clés de l’appartement.

La situation de cet appartement est assez éloignée du centre historique mais il permet un accès facile au bord de mer.

L'appartement est propre, grand et bien organisé. La mer est à 700 m avec un restaurant très sympa et bon rapport qualité prix "Ristorante 5 Maggio" conseillé par notre hôte.

Manque de luminosité mais suffisant pour un court séjour.

Although it says there is free parking on street, if you have slightly bigger car (SUV), it is very difficult to find any space, we had to park 20 min walk away.

It's all was excellent. Good apartment, good the dislocation. Very friendly owner, was always on connection. We are very satisfied ours choice.

The apartment had everything we needed and the location was awesome. The AC was nice, the beds were nice, the bathroom was great and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need.

Some corners of the rooms could be a little bit cleaner and the air extractor above the stove did not work properly.

Thanks to him, we spent this vacation wonderfully, opened new locations. great location of the flat,close to the sea. very comfortable, convenient and clean. there is everything you need. comfortable kitchen.
