Elegant and Modern appart hôtel with Best location

It was in a quiet, secure area. The hosts were very accommodating and despite the initial hiccup on the keys, we still recommend the place.

I think the unit needs a little update and repairs(broken bidet hose, slow water drain in bathroom, smelly pillows and blanket, not even some initial water, coffee in the kitchen). Coming from a flight, tired and hungry and unfortunately arriving on a holiday with all shops(even convenient stores) closed, it was very disappointing to see there isn’t even a bottle of water inside. It was also unfortunate that the keys wouldnt work. On the positive note, the washer works excellent and the drying rack dried clothes for a few hours.

Der Service hätte etwas besser sein können (längere Suche nach W-Lan Paßwort, da sich auf unsere telefonische Nachfrage niemand gemeldet hat).

Appartement idéalement situé au cœur de Marrakech, très propre et bien équipé avec une connexion WiFi fiable. Le véritable point fort reste la qualité du service : une personne en charge extrêmement respectueuse, disponible, proactive et toujours prête à aider. Une expérience globale fluide et agréable.

Petite épicerie et restos à proximité. Mais, il y a des restos et des taxis partout !

Nous sommes arrivés vers 8 h le matin, nous avons eu les clés vers 15 h. Sur le trottoir, avec nos valises à 28 °C., 5 h de décalage...aucune compréhension de notre situation. Il s'en fou complètement de ne pas répondre au téléphone ou aux textos. À son arrivée, il veut les 55 euros et partir au plus vite ! Pas de bouteilles d'eau, pas de cafetière, pas de lingettes pour nettoyer, une seule couverture, oreillers très incorfortables, propreté négligée, terrassse et table extérieures salles, douche bouchée, poêle non fonctionnel, insonorisation pas fameuse, et vue affreuse.

The location was good, central and close to amenities. The apartment itself is spacious. The bed was comfortable. The building was maintained well and felt safe. Was good that the air con/heater were working for when it got chilly in the evening.

Check in process was not very accommodating or communicated. I asked several times before arriving about a possible earlier check in due to our arrival being 10am and check in is 3pm. I was informed they can only let me know day before arrival, this didn’t happen. On day of arrival were given hope that earlier may be possible and they would let us know, I only got updates when I reached out. We stayed nearby the apartment for 3.5 hours in hope we could check in early, the cafe we were told to wait in wasn’t even open and we had luggage so couldn’t go elsewhere. After long day of travelling and endless waiting we were informed at 2:30pm early check in was not possible due to “cleaning”. We waited until exactly 3pm, they arrived 20mins late. We were not happy at all. After a long day, once checked in we wanted to cook some food and rest. Cooker doesn’t work. Gas tank was empty. I called and they said will try get someone up immediately to change it, 45 mins pass, no answer, I call again, they say can only be done later in the evening. After a lengthy response I sent back someone came in 15mins. After day one no major hiccups but there was no coffee machine as pictured, nothing to wash dishes with, no kitchen cloth or towel, dishes in the cupboard were dirty, remote in living room not working, the little “wardrobe” room was very unpleasant, had lots of dust and a damp smell (didn’t hand clothes in there), water in shower starts to go cold after 10mins. Overall it’s fine, for the price is passable however the service definitely needs to be reviewed and photos should reflect the reality.
