The place was clean and comfortable

Enjoyed both of the pools! Liked the small town, plus the location of the condo.

RENTER'S BEWARE!! I rented at Luxury Champions Gate, 1171 Drop Lane, Kissimmee, FL for one month and the following are a list of the problems that we encountered during our stay. The kitchen outlets did not work, plus the refrigerator shut off three days in a row. We lost food. We were promised an electrician, but an electrician never come. Outlets in the master bathroom didn't work. Had to stand in the hallway to blow dry my hair. Hostess never apologized nor did she ever call. She would only text message. She kept having me troubleshoot. She insisted she had GFIS in the kitchen outlets by the range, sink, and refrigerator. She had me take pictures to show her to prove there weren't any GFIS. We had to reset the breakers all the time, which wasn't our responsibility. The problems were never resolved. The kitchen did not have the usual items that you would have in a kitchen. No electric mixer, strainer, measuring spoons, large pot, storage containers, large bowl, one dishtowel, no large frying pan, etc. The pans that were there belonged in the garbage. All of them were scratched up and not fit for use. The bunk beds were dirty underneath the mattresses. They were never vacuumed. Hair and other matter were disgustingly visible all over. The cleaning lady was called back in. She did come in, but she never vacuumed underneath the mattresses, just used a rag to wipe them down. I had to wash the master bedspread before we used it because it had stains on it. Even though we had proof of all the things that weren't up to par, we were not compensated in any way. Never even got a verbal or written apology. She got her money. We wasted our money. We never got what we were promised. Very disturbing to think someone takes your money and has no conscious on how they treat their renters. I guess money is more important at that moment rather than having the renter be happy and hope they become repeat renters.

Beautiful place! Loved everything about it very comfortable and clean. Close to everything. Quiet.

The property was amazing - clean, easily accessible, safe. The club was great for the kids to play and swim with great food.

We liked everything about the property.

The beds were hard except I'm kids room, and the blanket in master room was stained and looked dirty.

Beautiful home clean and spacious had lots to do on the property all 10’s this way will stay again in the very near future
