The room was nice. However having the private pool area with no staff access doesn’t feel very vip.

My identity was stolen from using the internet during my stay. The staff mentioned giving me a discount from my stay but it never happened.

I loved the outdoor spaces it’s full of activities. check in and out is easy. everything is clean and the staff is great.

most of the staff was friendly and helpful

it was deteriorated not like the pictures we had go wait until 3:30 pm for check in outside the room when its at 3:00 pm
