Great location within walking distance of shops/bars/restaurants/train station. Very comfortable and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms is a huge bonus. Mark the host was very helpful and made us feel nothing was too much trouble.

The communal areas were a bit scruffy but this is a minor point.

The property was clean before we arrived mark the host was so helpful he give us step by step of how to get to the place from the train station mark made sure we had everything we needed and he even gave us ear plug as Newcastle is very lively at night

It was in a perfect location, within walking distance to anywhere in the centre. Beds were really comfy, apartment had everything we needed. Host met us there and was really good with communication, before during and after our stay. We were given 3 doer keys for a group of 6 of us (3 couples) which was ideal.

It was quite loud on street outside but we expected that before going with it being central location. Host provided ear plugs which were ideal .

Excellent location in central Newcastle just 10 mins from the station. Nice space rooms and comfortable beds.

There was no hot water for the first day of our stay and a small amount on the second day (when we had to also allow an electrician in to not-fix the shower) The electric shower was broken and the shower in the en-suite was not heating up (we got hot water enough for one shower at about 9pm - not much use for four people!) While we were navigating the lack of hot water a very loud alarm went off within the property stairwell which did not turn off for half a hour. I contacted the property to discuss getting half off of the first day to accommodate this issue and it's been a month and nothing was worked out. It seems like an absent landlord who doesn't work out any issues at any speed so book at your own risk.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, responsive and helpful host. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Newcastle!

We had a great stay, perfect location close to town, the quay and the stadium! Mark was a great host with clear and quick communication

Slightly noisy with a shop alarm but the host did provide ear plugs and that is to be expected in central Newcastle

Really well equipped and comfortable flat , very helpful owner who immediately sorted s hair dryer issue for us and was available to help with anything if needed

Sadly having to write this !!! Would love to pick this place up and relocate it . Firstly a key issue , only one key for 5 adults and a broken door fob which could so easily of gotten lost , this did cause issues for us throughout the whole stay , sadly onto the major problem!! I did read reviews regarding a noise issue but nothing could of prepared for the level of noise , we probably only slept between 6-9am , this was after the night clubbers, drunks and singers had finished passing , and then the morning bin lorry we even considered a hotel for the last night just to get some sleep . The ear plugs provided are no where near man enough to deal with such noise levels , this accommodation would suit youngsters looking for late nights and day sleeping only , apologies to the lovely owner ,

The location was central and close to train station. Property was clean. Lots of amenities provided- washing powder, ironing board, additional heaters etc. Lift to 3rd floor. Communal areas clean. Beds were comfy. Free WiFi was good. Communication with host was easy.

The apartment was noisy-had I known this I probably wouldn’t have booked this. The host did provide ear plugs which helped. I suppose with location some noise was to be expected but party goers, street cleaners etc were loud. The apartment was cold but the host provided heaters which helped enormously with this. Few spare pillows would be nice. Be aware if stopping over weekend nightlife is lively!
