Remarkable Cotswolds 1 bedroom cottage in Finstock

The cottage was warm and cosy which was much appreciated when coming home from the chilly and windy weather outside. Ideal for a couple for a weekend break and very relaxing and comfortable.

Although the kitchen was equipped with all you needed to cook a meal, it would have been helpful to have some more detailed information about the induction hob which we worked out ourselves eventually through trial and error. Also, there seemed to be a problem with constant hot water in the kitchen sink and the water disappearing which made washing up a bit of a challenge.

The location was gorgeous and loved the decor of the place - it was cosy and exactly what we were looking for, for four adults, as part of a long weekend away.

The place would benefit from some tea towels or oven gloves when you’re cooking. Nothing major at all!

Great location and lovely clean cottage

Beautiful little cottage, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Ideal location for visiting the beautiful villages within the area. Cottage within a very peaceful area, lovely and cosy and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Lovely and clean and even though it’s dog friendly you couldn’t smell that dog smell you sometimes can, even though we had a small dog with us but we keep her clean and respectful to other peoples property. I highly recommend this lovely little cottage for a visit to the Cotswolds

Everything! Very clean, very homely, warm and cosy! Lovely bathroom all nice and clean.

The owners have made great use of the space, and it is tastefully decorated. Lovely location with a great pub a 10 minute walk down the hill.

The cottage could do with a little TLC in some places. Carpets were quite stained, and the outside space, particularly the front, could do with being maintained more regularly. The shower appears to have a mind of its own.

Gorgeous little cottage, perfect location for Silverstone and Cotswolds, good value, fully equipped

Whilst small, this cottage is a perfect property for a short stay in the countryside. It’s situated in a beautiful village and has a pub within walking distance (The Plough). The cottage has a lovely little courtyard and the bathroom has a great shower.

All in all it was very good .

great location in a small village which had plenty of places to walk the dog from and good pub food nearby

plastic plants, lack of ability to shut the dog somewhere overnight, wobbly tap that caused a plate breakage
