Albergo veramente molto bello, tutto molto curato, ambienti puliti e profumati. Lo staff (dalla reception, alla sala, fino al personale delle pulizie) è super gentile, simpatico e disponibile. Il ristorante è davvero ottimo e la spa è una chicca. La piccola piscina esterna riscaldata è una meraviglia con vista montagne. Abbiamo passato cinque giorni davvero rilassanti, fra camminate, neve e bellissimi paesaggi. Ma la cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è il loro essere pet-friendly, oltre ad accettare i canini, hanno due splendide canine e due gatti super coccoloni. Tornare a casa è stato più faticoso del solito.
