Very convenient, nice flat with an incredibly friendly and helpful host.

I would heartily recommend this property as a brilliant base to explore Edinburgh. Hotel and apartment prices in this city are astronomical so it provides a great budget deal. Very clean and comfortable, the apartment is located in a quiet street (the most gorgeous white lilac was in full blossom opposite), close to shops and a huge Sainsbury’s supermarket, a short walk from the Palace of Hollyrood and Calton Hill. There’s even a bus stop right outside so if you have walked more than you can manage, a ride home is an easy option. In the other direction, you are a short journey from Portobello, Edinburgh’s nearest beach. The owner was very communicative throughout. The savings that the kitchen makes possible with self-catering and the bonus of a washing machine in the middle of a month’s travel added up to a bargain buy I’d come back to again.

Simple apartment, clean. Helpful host. Good location, next to the bus stop. Restaurants 10 min walk from the apartment. Next to LIDL, Sansbury.

Very cosy and clean flat almost in the city center. There're all things needed for comfortable stay: fridge, electric stove, dishes, kettle etc. Two rooms, big comfortable beds. The owner is very polite and always answers in the closest time.

Maybe a freshening up of the decoration wouldn't go amiss

We couldn’t open many of the padlock to retrieve the keys, and the host was not answering his phone. This was after a cancelled flight at Edinburgh airport, I had tired children and taxi driver waiting, so I could see of the property it was dirty and uncared for, I am still waiting for the host to refund me, as we were unable to even stay, very stressful and hugely disappointing.

The host was unavailable to help describe where the keys were. The outside was dirty and unmanaged.
