Właścicielka jest bardzo miła i pomocna, kontakt jest bezproblemowy a sam nocleg położony jest w bardzo dobrym miejscu pod względem lokalizacji i otoczenia. Otoczenie samego kompleksu jest przyjemne. W obiekcie jest możliwość skorzystania z pralki oraz z bezpłatnego parkingu.

Niestety czystość pozostawia bardzo wiele do życzenia. Sam domek jest dość spory ale widać, że czasy świetności ma już dawno za sobą, jest w nim bardzo ciemno i nieprzyjemnie pachnie. Wszelkie akcesoria kuchenne odzwierciedlają ten stan. Co prawda jest wiele udogodnień jak np. zmywarka z detergentami do niej, kuchenka mikrofalowa lub czajnik, ale wszystko jest brudne i należałoby to najpierw wyczyścić przed skorzystaniem. Najgorsza jest niestety łazienka, z bardzo brudnym i zaniedbanym prysznicem, którego boki nie są w żaden sposób osadzone na podłodze i są w pełni ruchome.
