Tangier Medina Roof Top Apartment with Ocean Views

We had a great time at this property, located in the middle of Medina with stunning view nearly 360° from the top terrace. Lilliana the host was very nice. We would love to come back there in the future.

For some bathroom might be difficult to use because is tiny. Shower curtain would be much appreciated.

We love the location of the apartment. Just a stone throw away from the medina is what drawn us to the apartment. Being beside the Immaculate Conception church gave it a different vibe. The picturesque scene from the balcony is superb. The host was very accommodating and easy to talk to. All our questions were answered. The detailed instrunction gave us an easy access to the apartment. We had a great time.

I have no complaint appart from an incident that occurred during my recent stay at the Tangier Medina Rooftop Apartment with Ocean View, hosted by Liliana, on the night of August 31 to September 1, 2024. The check-out time mentioned in the offer was 11:00 AM, which differs from the standard 12:00 PM check-out time that we were accustomed to. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this discrepancy, as it was only mentioned in the offer and never communicated in our correspondence via chat or WhatsApp with the host. At 11:30 AM, I sent Liliana a WhatsApp message informing her that we would be a few minutes late, thinking that the check-out time was 12:00 PM. My message read: “Hello, we left the house to take breakfast. Our luggage is packed and the house is clean. We're going to come pick up our things and return the keys at 12:15 PM max.” Liliana’s response was simply, “You need to come now. Guests are waiting.” What truly shocked me was discovering upon our arrival at 12:00 PM that the host had already touched and moved our luggage from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor without my authorization or even informing me. This is completely outrageous and an unacceptable violation of my privacy and trust. Liliana could have easily contacted me by phone since i was outside and just around the corner to discuss the situation, but instead, she chose to handle my personal belongings without my consent. I strongly believe that no one, including the host, has the right to move or handle a guest's belongings without explicit permission. This action not only compromised the safety of my items but also left me feeling deeply disrespected and unsettled.
