Waterfront Newly Renovated and Decorated 3brs home

Location was good.

It was not the cleanest. All the fans had a lot of dust on them, so we couldn't use them. The back bedroom the mattress was hard and squeaky.

Excellent property, 100% recommended

I love everything about this house and location

Love that there were kayaks to use and a dock to fish off. The back porch was mostly sunny but we could find shade up against the house. The home was beautiful and comfortable - decorated well, all the necessities plus some, couches and beds were comfortable.. Not too far from Pensacola, beaches etc.

The baseboards and walls need a little cleaning. There was some hair on the sheets but I believe they were clean. It's not ADA, the grounds outside are very uneven and hard for the unstable to get through. There are stairs both at the front and back so that's to think about if there's a mobility issue. The water is not swimmable and the one seater kayak leaks.
