Beautiful location. Hosts very helpful from outset. Fabulous facilities, had everything that we needed. Comfortable bedding. Always hot Water when needed. Little touches make all the difference- hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid.

Few little treats on arrival Late checkout Lovely to be able to see the river throughout Bird feeders were great to watch Guitar and keyboard was a lovely bonus

We tried to get hold of the local paddling company to book a lake session but we had no luck.

We had a wonderful time during Easter break. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning, the bird feeders are such a lovely touch as well. We very much enjoyed watching birds while sitting out at the balcony and having a very, very good coffee, from a very, very good coffee machine. There was plenty of fuel to keep us warm, beds were comfortable, kitchen very well equipped. We enjoyed the game room and there are also plenty of board games and books available upstairs as well. We had an amazing time and we would definitely recommend that place. Thank you very much for the welcome treats! We very much enjoyed those too!

Some of the items in the fridge were out of date and butter was mouldy.

The location is excellent for us and is comfortable and peaceful. Love the games room. Kitchen has everything.
