Lokacija je izvrsna. Apartman je velik.

Wi-fi je užasan. Na internet se ne možeš spojiti nikako. U tuš kabini je odvod za vodu loše napravljen pa se voda izlijeva u ostatak kupaonice. Komaraca ima mnogo i veliki su.

The location is perfect and the apartment is clean and well equipped.

The owner/manager of the property is another company. This makes things a bit difficult since they have their own system that you need to log into and save your card so that they can charge the city tax. They are also starting to charge a deposit (they ask for your card details) or a 30 euro waiver (that they do not give back). Everything felt like it was too much of a hassle for a short stay. The person that receives the messages via Booking is 100% unresponsive so I suggest you call their direct number if you need any help. In my case, Davide was super kind and helpful and I’m grateful for his patience and help. The Wi-Fi does not work at all so if you are a remote worker like me, don’t stay in this place unless you have your own data. I suggest for the improvement of the place that they put something where people can hang the towels. The bathroom doesn’t have any place for that.

The apartment is perfect for 2, cosy (good heating) and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable with good quality bedding, with spare pillows and quilts. Spotlights on each side of the bed. 2 good size towels each. Rainfall shower plenty of hot water (but not very strong). When we visited it was very quiet but possibly could have some noise outside in warmer season. Internet good but better in the living area.The apartment is very well placed with the main squares, the walls, attractions, couple of food shops 5 mins walk, with 2 very nice restaurants and a cafetteria 2 mins away. About 10/15 mins walk to the train station. The staff were helpful and quick to respond, and very patient with me as my phone kept losing the Internet and hence the instructions to get in!

Very little we didn't like. The table on one side of the bed is too small and very wobbly- we had to prop it against the wall. It should be replaced. Only one small roll of toilet paper provided, bit mean.

The apt was well appointed and everything worked.

Location, convenient for everything, Facilities excellent. Lucca amazing.
