We seen 2 roaches while in house, screen door handle broken, no toilet paper or trash bags.

Perfect location for our stay for a concert at the amphitheater. It accommodated 9 of us perfectly. Very spacious and clean.

The master bedroom was the most spacious. The air conditioning/heat worked wonderfully! The proximity to everything was great. I LOVE the constant sound of sonic boom when the airplanes take off. It reminds me of my childhood growing up by the base. Having the baby gate available for the top of the stairs was also very helpful.

The rooms are much smaller than they look in the photos. The home smells of heavy urine as soon as you wall in the door. Both cat and dog hairs found in the kitchen. For a pet free home, the large wet brown spot in the hallway with a fan blowing on it and the bunk bedroom overwhelming with piss smell says otherwise. The home is obviously old, which is fine, but a lot of repairs have clearly been DIY and take away from the potential charm. Nail pops in the floor beneath the carpet make for no barefoot walking. The beds are really uncomfortably firm in all 3 of the usable rooms. The smoke detectors kept beeping, and they sent a neighbor to change the battery. He couldn't figure it out, so he took the detector with him... for the duration of our stay. The fridge is missing a whole shelf. The master walk-in closet has no working light, reported it, but no fix offered. We made due, but we also left a night early in order to skip another uncomfortable night's sleep. People should know before they book that there are cameras around the house. It doesn't bother us, but it would have been nice to know beforehand, rather than a surprise in an email after already being locked in. Someone mentioned one missing remote, but actually, 2, because the one in the living room, the buttons have been melted away, rendering it completely unusable. It's a big house with a lot of potential. The condition was just a little disappointing. Large cobwebs in windows, broken blinds, a giant roach in the LR, mouse traps everywhere inside and out. The house next door being empty for 2 years now, the handyman said they get all kinds of surprises. Bottom line, it's worth renting if you know what you're dealing with up front.

It was big enough for 3 adults and 4 children.

Ventilation was a little nit too loud.

The house was very nice and clean. The owner was nice as well and communication was easy and in a timely manner. Also there was water, candy and granola bars waiting as a welcome. I thought that was nice.

One room did not have a TV remote which was not the fault of the owner. I'm sure they will get it back. And there were big spiders one by the garbage can outside and another on the window. I stayed away from them.
