Trask River Fishing Lodge is a brand new Riverfront modern luxury custom home completed in spring ‘22 on 13.03 acres. The state has 1300 ft of accessible river frontage. It is located only 5 minutes from Tillamook and 15 minutes from the beach. The property is a paradise for the wildlife and fishing lover. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, direct river access, multiple trails, evening bonfires and world class fishing. The key code is sent thru messenger in booking not thru email so it took a bit to figure that out. The place and location for us was great, the 4th bedroom has a separate exterior entrance so it took a few minutes to figure that out. Would recommend this place and would stay again if we had the opportunity. It was central to all the locations we wanted to visit.

The master bedroom gets extremely warm, even hot, while trying to warm of the rest of the house.

Xavier's villa was very comfortable, spacious and relaxing. We loved the fire pit in the evenings and coffee out on the patio in the mornings! We specifically enjoyed the hot tub and the huge kitchen for cooking meals!

We had a large group, and could have used some extra kitchen utensils like silverware and some of the pots and pans need to be replaced. Bigger coffee cups!! :)

The house was spacious and clean, and watching the cows and goats in the fields was a hoot. All in all, very relaxing and peaceful.

We couldn't open the keybox when we got there. But we called Leticia and she came right over to give us keys, so all worked out fine. Leticia was very friendly and helpful. Still, I'd doublecheck the keybox before the next guests arrive. Only a minor problem that didn't effect our enjoyment of the house and the surrounding area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is located just outside of town; very private, a very quiet and serene setting. It has lots of big windows that allow for views and sunlight inside. I loved how spacious it was!
