Taylors Plantacion Resort- Grande Second Floor

You have a beautiful view to the southeast of mountains and the ocean. The Northeast view is of one of the tallest points on the island and often the peak is wearing a crown of clouds and looks spectacular. The ambiance is calm and peaceful with friendly animals to keep you entertained.

The owners did not make sure that the description of the amenities match what was on the page. There was no shuttle service from the port to the plantation when it stated that there was. The room although beautiful was dirty and so was the hot tub. We actually got a skin infection due to the uncleanliness of the tub. They also have hidden fees for their food service. I've never been charged for a restaurant to cook the food until I stayed there. The staff is polite but unhelpful.

We Bocked bedroom queensize-bed with Ballcony Instead we got a small bedroom with two beds without a balcony. Our complaint was simply ignored and we got the impression that they didn't want to have to clean a large bedroom for just two guests. You should really confirm exactly what you are getting for your money - big disappointment, not recommended. Stay away.

Even i wanted to pay cash, they forced me to pay with a credit card. that was really bad.. i had to pay much fee.. The worst thing i was't able to access date and Wifi if i knew those things, i would've never ever stayed...

the place is very new, clean, beautiful mountain view, the owner was very accommodating , responsive to queries even she’s in Australia. the care taker Ms Isay was also very friendly, and hospitable.

there was a lot of bees flying specially early morning in the rooftop where the kitchen was. lots of bird poop too in the floor.
