Modern Charming Loft with balcony in central Porto by Lisbeyond

Appartement confortable, de bonne grandeur, lumineux et avec beaucoup de cachet! Décoration au goût du jour. Belle vue arrière.

Il y a un problème de conception avec la douche: la porte ne ferme pas bien, l’eau s’insère sous le plancher de céramique et ressort par les joints. Les propriétaires sont informés de la situation.

Location is great. The apartment is also very nice, clean and well equipped.

Their way of collecting the municipality tax is not correct. They started messaging before checkin that you have to pay before checkin through international bank transfer, and then they said they dont accept cash, 8 dollars has to be send through international bank transfer. I had repeatedly told i can leave cash but bank transfer is not working, but instead of offering that leave cash, she was scaring us that if not paid they will suffer a fine! Who said i will not pay, i said ill pay, keep the cash! And at the end when i said either keep the cash or we have no other means to pay, on the last day, she said ok leave the cash! So it was a constant botheration throughout the stay which left a bad impression.

Light and spacious, it was comfortable to come back to after a day’s sightseeing. Quiet for a night’s sleep. Well located for nearby Cathedral and Sao Bento Railway Station.

While the accommodation was good, our dealings with the off site managing agents were not. We needed several attempts to get the answers we needed and extra supplies of toilet paper, dishwashing tabs, garbage bags, even towels. It took several attempts to find out where we disposed of our full garbage bag. Lack of frustrating detail for overseas clients and first time visitors to the lovely city.

Very good location. Quiet area but close to the tourist attractions. Good train connection with places on the ocean.

Apartamento amplio, luminoso, bonito y equipado con todo lo necesario. La decoración con mucho gusto y la cama muy cómoda. nos dejaron una trona y una cuna para nuestro bebé

Tienen que revisar las ventanas porque desde la terraza entraba un poco de agua de lluvia. La mampara de la ducha no cierra así que se sale el agua.

Sfeervolle eigentijdse inrichting, goed bed, fijne ligging

Great location, easy to walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Great kitchen/living room area. Nice comfortable bed. Nice view from the balcony. Having a watching machine was nice.

Shower door didn’t close and the floor was soaked at the end of each shower. Would be nice to have English instructions for European washing machine.
