We felt very warmly welcomed, all communication was very pleasant. We had welcome gifts and especially for our whippet Bella. It is very, very suitable for children, it has baby table seat and even separate small table with chair for a child. All very clean and pleasant. Also the flat is silent and above very good shop, you can buy all you need. Thanks for the stay!

The airplanes passing by, but it’s the Saloniki and and we got used to it.

The property is recently renovated. It is very comfortable for 4-5 people. Fully equipped. If you are with car a free parking plot is near by and almost always can find a place. Supermarket is actually at the same building and you can have everything you need in seconds. Strongly recommended!!!

We have stayed in several apartments in Kalamaria and also in Thessaloniki City Centre. This place was amazing and by far the best in the area! It is very well equipped with lots of necessities that many hosts don't think about. The beds are SO comfortable. There is air-con throughout, soundproofing and really good blockout shutters.. We had the best sleep here! The shower had great pressure and temperature, the towels were soft and smelt so fresh. The whole apartment was so comfortable and immaculately clean! It is in the best location, near the pedestrian walk and on a beautiful street with many shops, bakeries etc. A Masoutis Supermarket is right underneath! This was so convenient. Also an easy walk to the Marina from here and many other shops.. We felt very safe here and even walking to/from the apartment late at night was no issue at all, even if you walk alone. It's a nice, safe street, well lit with many locals walking around the shops. The locals and shop owners were all so friendly as well. Kalamaria really is a beautiful place. Also to add I was studying while there so at times we had several devices and Netflix all at once and the internet was excellent. Achilleas and Katerina were so responsive with any questions we had and made us feel so welcomed. They are beautiful, friendly, professional hosts who genuinely care about their guests and take pride in their apartment. I would book this place again without hesitation when we return. Thank you Achilleas and Katerina, we will never forget our stay in your beautiful apartment and we will be back one day!! :)

The only negative was that we didn't stay longer :)

A tastefully renovated location, the kitchen was fully equipped, making it feel just like home. It features a huge balcony and a washing machine. The host was very kind and left plenty of toiletries in the bathroom for us. The apartment is located in the heart of the Kalamaria district, and right downstairs, there’s a large two-story supermarket where you can buy a variety of items. The living room was very spacious, the kitchen was huge, and the bedrooms were also quite roomy, each with its own air conditioning. It was a comfortable stay, and I would return for the affordable price. The beds were very comfortable, you also have blackouts on the windows so you can sleep in late.

The only issue was with parking; although there was a free parking area nearby, it was always full, so we had to park a few streets away in a paid lot. However, this wasn’t a major inconvenience, just a challenge since the streets in that area are always crowded with cars. Important: In general, in Greece, it’s very difficult to find locations with high-speed internet. So, if you need to work and connect to Wi-Fi, keep this in mind as it might be challenging. This was also the case for us, although it wasn’t the host’s fault since most places are like this.
