#StayInMyDistrict Woodlawn Eclectic -Walk to Dekum

So glad the TV could be tilted towards the bed. It's cute in a basement apartment kind of way, which I don't mean negatively. The fact it has a kitchen, a big bed, air conditioning and a street level door make this a solid stay no matter the occasion for me.

The toilet is small. You can't definitely hear the hosts upstairs but it wasn't a huge deal for me.

Not much to like other than the bed was comfortable.

First night-no hot water in kitchenette sink. NO HEAT in bathroom. Floor in main part was peeling paint, and filthy dirty. I don't think it had been washed in years. This whole place was assembled by pure amateur carpenters who had no idea of building. Shortage of electrical outlest everywhere- and lots of extension cords. Heat was a quarts space heater- unsuitable for the job. For the money- it would have been a better stay at Motel 6. My reccomendation--BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE
