SKSKSKSKSKVšetko bolo v úplnom poriadku, byt napriek priamej orientácií na letisko bol pri zatvorených oknách tichý. Parkovanie priamo v garáži pod bytovým domom, z ktorej sa výťahom dá dostať priamo do bytu. Vybavenie bytu je dostatočné aj na dlhší pobyt. Veľkou výhodou je oddelená spálňa od zvyšku bytu. Komunikácia s prenajímateľom bola vecná a rýchla. Vstup do bytu pomocou kodu prebehol taktiež hladko, všetky inštrukcie boli jasné a zrozumiteľné. V lokalite ovocné sady som bol za posledný rok niekoľko krát, ale tento byt považujem za jeden z najkrajších a najpriestrannejších.

BGFor my goal—staying a few nights to explore Bratislava before continuing to Vienna—it was nearly perfect. The biggest plus is that it’s literally a 3–5 minute walk from the airport, so if your plane lands late, it’s an ideal choice. The bus to the city center of Bratislava stops just 2 minutes from the apartment and goes all the way to the train station. Check-in and key collection were flawless, with no issues at all. Additionally - you get parking spot in underground garage, if you come with your own car.
As for the downsides, the property is well-equipped, but signs of wear and tear are starting to show, so it may need some work soon to be perfect. The main bed is a mixed bag—it’s VERY soft, so if you’re not okay with that, it could be an issue. For me, though, it felt like lying on a cloud.
