CAThe apartment was spacious, had a comfortable bed, and had a nice bathroom. It was easy to find the apartment, and the instructions for retrieving the key and entering the apartment were simple. The apartment was also close to the train station. The main square, duomo, and places of interest were all within walking distance along with a small market store and some cafés. Though this was a contactless entry, my host provided all necessary info to make my access easy. The area was quiet at night.

ITThe apartment is beautifully maintained and modern. The appliances and fixtures are new and work properly. It was very spacious inside and quiet. And it is perfectly located between the train station and the historic center of Modena.
Only a minor point, the apartment building and stairwell are old and only adequately maintained. This is the only reason I ranked this a 9 instead of a 10. The apartment itself, and the owner's assistance, are easily a 10.

GBHad a good shower, was clean and very near train station. The washing machine was also useful for the 5 night stay.
The exterior (nothing host could change) was not the most inviting. However we had good quiet nights sleep and no issues
