Very Poor And Bad Service.Im Unhappy,Even For The Towels And Bedsheets Cleaning Wash Extra Charges From Deposit Rm155.00,Not Worthy To Take That Homestay With This Types Of Services.I Have Been In Many Villas Homestay But This Was The Worst Service I Ever Had During All The Years Using Booking.com Booking

"Worst experience ever"

I don't normally give a review but I wanted to say that this host was worst ever that I have encountered. They should know their address very well, but instead they gave the customer the wrong street number, and didn't even bother to send the correct one until we had trouble locating the correct house and had to call them. I received an "insulting reply" when I confronted him why the wrong street number was provided (it should be No. 404 but they sent us No. 412). They provided a faulty kettle, we requested for a replacement but they said it's not hygienic to use a kettle, I have no idea what that means. The only thing they are concerned about you check in and check out time at the stipulated time.
