Dirty floor, the bed was bad, the door of the sleeping room was only wood, the glass was missing, one of the sockets was coming out of the wall.

Was dirty and smelly. Very poor service and building block was very scary and dirty. Didn't feel safe at all let alone clean. Shower facilities was absolutely atrocious and very old and dirty. Balcony was disgusting and dirty and very tiny. Sofa was old and dirty with staines and rips in it. Floor board panel was sticking out because it was old and broken. They need to do a lot of work on apartment. Tv didn't work either

Where do I start?! This was the worst experience ever for me. I book it for more than 2 weeks. 1. Accessibility - I had requested to check in one hour early as I was very tired, but the responses I received were just template answers. Despite waiting in front of the flat for an hour, I did not receive the code to enter until 3:04 pm. No one entered or left the flat during my wait. This made it difficult for me to access the flat in a timely manner. 2. Upon entering the flat, I immediately noticed a strong and unpleasant smell emanating from the pipe smell from the pipe was present when I got into the flat. The sewage smell was sometimes unbearable. I told them from the second day about it, and they unsuccessfully sent two handymen to deal with it. Please see the first photo with their solution, a Mr Musculo bottle into the sewage hole. 3. The internet was rubbish - please see the -2nd pic - download 0.99 Mbps. Who's using Clicknet anymore??? Apparently, they do!! 4. A hot water pipe somewhere else burst, causing unbearable steam in my flat. I told them to find me a new flat, but they asked me to leave! 5. The customer support was full of great words but did nothing. As I explained the situation and asked for compensation for my experience there, they told me that if I stayed, it meant it was bearable. Well. I had to sleep in the living room, as the bedroom was next to the bathroom where the small was; Even though three of their own staff confirmed the issue, nothing was done about it. As a result, I had to sleep in the living room. After requesting a refund for the remaining days, I left the establishment. However, they insisted on paying me back after two weeks. This was my worst experience, and I wouldn't recommend it! 6. Booking.com - their customer support was full of great words, but again they did nothing. I'll think twice about whether I will ever use booking.com again after almost 20 years of being with them. This Genius program is NOTHING.

Not gonna lie , the location is great. I don’t like the dust on the bathroom doors and the way if you coming late from a night out you won’t find hot water on the tap so

Location is good, 15-20 walking minutes away from Old Town. But keep in mind is just above a main road. There are some mini markets arround, even some little 24/7 ones. But most of the shops are in old town. Owners (administrative agency) was responding fast.

Where to begin. Bathroom smelled HORRIBLE, just like entering a sewer. Couch is dirty with stains on it. Even thought we said 4 people, there were only 2 set of towels. The queen sized bed had a single bed size linen, and a single size quilt. The sofa-bed had no pillowcases or linen at all. The a/c in the living room was not working. The cabinet under the sink was full of water, and there was water in the floor too. Mentioned the problems and the next day a colleague would come clean the bathroom and bring the missing items. Smell was still there, and got half the things we asked. We were offered late checkout (12 instead of 11) and after a mornign walk, returned at 11:30 for taking our stuff and the door was locked with different password. Had to call them and give me the new one so I can entry the appartment. Lastly, they have it written but its a very noisy appartment. Road just above the window has cars going all day and night.
