Penthouse proche Plages, Restaurants & Supermarché

Space, parking, location, responsive team, no neighbour noise, effective AC. Good wifi and smart tv. Short walk to beach and restaurants. 10 mins drive to supermarkets.

Overall it needed a deep clean, there were several minor maintenance issues e.g. broken bathroom cabinet, shower head loose, microwave control panel smashed. No welcome pack with local information. We found the bed in the ensuite bedroom really firm. Showers are super noisy and one drains poorly. Limited furniture in bedrooms other than bed and wardrobe, only 2 rather ropey sunbeds on roof, limited seating options outside. We had to request pest control due to ants and a cockroach.

Great location, safe and secure, clean, well decorated and modern. Good parking facilities and 24 hour security. Good size pool downstairs but didn’t use. Outstanding views from roof terrace of mountains, palm trees and a peak of the sea. Plenty of wardrobe space. Comfy beds and nice bedding. Reclining sofas were very comfortable! Loved the little workstation.

Overall is clean, but could do with an intensive clean (shower screens) due to limescale. Main bedroom shower took ages to drain so had very quick showers. Some basic kitchen supplies like oil and salt would’ve been helpful. Also lacking in bowls. Also note you get the noise at night from the main road with drivers playing loud music. Could do with chairs or bedside tables in bedrooms. Being picky here because we had a fantastic stay and these little things do not take away from the overall stay.

The appartment was clean, well equipped, and bright.

The jacuzzi , not heated, was useless. The rooftop terrace should be more furnished and decorated. Not really inviting.

Liked the accommodation. High spec accommodation. Very spacious. Had all the mod cons for a very comfortable stay.

Location was a bit inconvenient. 15min walk to closest beach. Bit tough in hot weather..one of the bathrooms. Water did not drain. Host unresponsive. Would I return? I'd say very unlikely.

Superior location. House is designed cool and detailed, cleanliness is ok. Contact person is helpful.
