Homely Beachside Apartment in Newquay Town Centre!

It had everything we needed and was kept very clean and tidy. Great location and was great to have the outdoor space for our dog.

Apartment had everything we needed, good shower, loads of storage, comfortable sofa! Even a dishwasher. Great location for beaches and restaurants.

Fairly loud as people use the road next to it to get to the train station/as a bypass. Was fine though but if you are sensitive to noise it might be an issue. Definitely only enough space for a couple and a few small dogs. Also car park next to apartment was so tight with other cars we had to avoid it despite the fact there were spaces!

Everything was so close to were we stayed loads of takeaways witch was very nice 👌

Great central location 2 minutes walk to shops . Lots of eateries and pubs . Only a few minutes walk to nearest beautiful beach . Couldn’t have asked for better location.

Location was good. Right next to the station.

The bedroom is quite small, making it a bit challenging for families. If you're traveling with a child, one parent might need to sleep on the sofa bed, as the room seems designed for just a single person or a couple at most. Accommodating more than that could be cumbersome. Additionally, the lack of amenities was surprising, especially considering the price paid. Essentials like extra tissue paper were not sufficiently stocked—a first in my experience, as I never anticipated needing to buy toilet tissue while on a paid vacation. The cabinets were bare, lacking any additional supplies. Even basic items like tea, coffee, and sugar weren't adequately replenished. While these might seem like minor details, their absence can leave a negative impression. Another point to note is the bedroom's location; its window faces the car park. This means you should be prepared for a certain amount of light intrusion during the night.

Lovely and clean and great central location.

We were told to vacate the premises at 11am on the apartment advert, but received an email after we booked saying we had to vacate the property by 10am. The booking was non refundable.

No seating outside. Very cramped for 4 people. Only one bedroom. No instructions for cooker or tvs
