The rooms were large and airy. The staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. It's in a very elite neighbourhood and the beach is just minutes away.

This is really hard as I liked everything. Especially having access to a large balcony and a sitting room . These were common but it was nice to be able to use it. I would say that the breakfast is excellent and they need to offer food on payment basis for other meals too. I was told to order from outside, but frankly, one needs wholesome meals while on a vacation.

Staff were well mannered .

People who come as a group of 7- 10 dominate & utilise most of the common area & facilities.They take rest, talk leisurely & even have food in the common area in that floor.People like us who go as a family of 3 are forced to stay inside the room.

Our daughter travelled with us last minute .. property could have easily accommodated her but chose to charge.. room was big enuf we did not avail floor mattress…This in my opinion was poor customer service…
