Modern apartment in central Brighton- North Laines

Location, fully equipped with all amenities

The wifi did not work at all throughout our 13 day stay. The owner did call service people to fix it but it stopped working again. We had to rely on mobile data for everything which cost a lot of money.

Location-wise, very good. Close to the beach as well as North lanes. Good kitchen amenities available to utilise. Smooth check-in & check out experience.

We were a family of 3, hence felt a little congested in terms of the room space. However, there is good enough space for 2 people. The bed could have been more comfortable.

Very good location, near city centre and close to the beach. Since it's not at a busy street it's a quite and comfortable place to stay. We loved it.

The living room is on the small side for three people. The sofa bed is not the best I experienced but comfortable enough to get a good night sleep.

The apartment was big enough for two to spend time in comfortably, the facilities were good and everything worked well. Welcome pack had some great suggestions for things to do and places to eat

The mattress was very uncomfortable, after two nights my neck and back hurt quite a lot which was a shame. I would also suggest some curtains in the bedroom, or bringing an eye mask, as the sun shines in very bright in the morning.

The apartment was perfectly clean. Nice location. Kitchen and bathroom appliances were available. Very welcoming and responsive host.
