Parcare privată.

Lipsa curateniei, prosoapele miroseau , baia se inunda dupa primul dus. Noi am ajuns in data de 31.12.2025 si ne-am cazat la ora 16:00,pana ne-am instalat noi si am vrut sa ne apucam de friptura, ca orice om normal in seara de revelion si ce mai aveam noi de facut am constatat ca la bucatarie nu exista o tigaie/ oala orice….iar raspunsul doamnei a fost “este in regim hotelier”.Pacat de locatie ca ar putea fi superba daca ar fi intretinuta!

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Schimmel in der Dusche und das Badezimmer war nach einmal Duschen überflutet. Die Kissen und die Decke riechen nach Schweiss. In der Küche gibt es zwar eine Herdplatte, aber Pfannen sind nicht vorhanden.

Everything was alright

The place was close to centre town.

The flat is not in the condition seen in the photos and the host was notified by all my concerns, didn't even get a response and nothing was done apart from sending someone to put a bottle for the central heating water to drain into. I left the accommodation sooner than I've booked it for because I didn't enjoy living there and I haven't even gotten an apology from the host. The shower had black mold and the shower curtain as well was stained with moldy patches. The bathroom floor was getting flooded with water coming from under the shower. The central heating was leaking water which was 'fixed' with a bottle for the water to drain into. The kitchen has no pan to cook food in and very little utensils. It's unlike me to leave a bad review, and I would've looked past all this if the host had shown some respect or care for the comfort of the guest, as it's just the bare minimum. Their concern was to ask for more money for my dog, disregarding completely all my concerns. They consider the dog as another person, so it's charged as an extra person! Apart from this, I have tried paying them and requested the info to be able to send them the payment, but all in vain. They claim that I look for excuses so I don't pay for the dog, yet they don't provide all the details to pay them. They use the fact that I forgot to mention that I had a dog with me, as an excuse not to address the issues in the apartment. I guess I was distracted by the water spilling on the floor. Their concern was about making more money, and nothing to do with caring for the apartment or the guest's comfort. All this to say - Stay away from all this!

I ended up no staying, so maybe the location is good and the fact that it has a private parking lot. Anything else we cannot comment.

After checking in, I found that there are "daddy long legs" type spiders in the bedroom, mold on the fridge, mold in the bathroom (please see attached photos) and other problems with the location. At that point, without even touching anything and not using anything, I kindly informed the host that I cannot stay, and that I will move to another location. The host refuses (Even today) to reimburse the paid sum, even though I was there for maximum 30 minutes. I can understand to hold 20-30 ron to clean the floor (maybe), but not to withhold the whole sum. Overall disappointing experience, very dirty in my opinion, and not livable. Also made a report to Consumer Protection.

Apartamentul, situat central,cochet, păcat că nu este întreținut mai bine.

Curățenia lasă de dorit,paianjeni și praf peste tot,firimituri pe măsuța din living,șervețele folosite,iar zona de duș este ceva ce nu îți poți imagina că poți găsi la o cazare ! Bucătăria are plită dar nu este nici măcar un ibric în care să faci un ceai sau o cafea ! Exista o cafetiera dar nici aia nu poate fi folosită pentru că nu are filtru nici de hârtie, nici din cel de plastic ,refolosibil. La baie,este bideu dar nu este racordat la apa caldă,caloriferul nu funcționează și probabil din această cauză e mucegaiul din baie. Am avut un singur prosop de față pt 3 persoane și celelalte prosoape când se umezeau miroseau oribil! Există un singur recipient de săpun ARO,care e diluat cu apa! Păcat de apartamentul care este foarte frumos și cu puțină atenție la lucruri mărunte, cu cheltuieli minime (cât poate costa un săpun, un gel de duș, un ibric,etc) ar putea deveni confortabil!
