"Fantastic house on the outskirts of Cheltenham"

Wow. This place is amazing. It is bright and modern on the outskirts of Cheltenham and so comfortable to spend time in. Our hosts sent us detailed instructions with What3words as well as the coordinates on Booking.com that made it easy to find the place. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area downstairs as well as the bedroom upstairs with views over paddocks. I cannot rate this place high enough.

Very comfortable, homely accommodation. Ideal location for Cheltenham racecourse. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended

Close to main road so there was some traffic noise but not disturbed enough to put me off staying again

"A wonderful and relaxing stay"

The location was perfect, the host left all the information and tips about nearby villages and restaurants which we found very helpful. The pictures didn't show how nice the place was. My daughter loved the garden and feeding the chickens. Very highly recommend.

"We were in the area for a big wedding anniversary celebration, suited us very well."

Lots of nice touches to make it feel special, Light and airey, vaulted ceilings, clear instructions for everything. Two bathrooms both with a decent shower, Shampoo, Conditioner, towels, all ready. fully equipped kitchen. Within easy reach of nice places to visit. - Ideal for the racecourse! Nice touch that there is a list of eating places up and places to go. Would reccomend Cleeve Hill which is only about 10 mins away with tremendous views

Great quality soft warm duvet, I would encourage the owner to offer the option of a 4.5 tog duvet for the summer months
