Beautifully appointed & cosy self contained annexe

Clean and well maintained, location

Lovely property, the friendly owner Kirsty, left us Bread, Milk, Butter & Cookies which was very kind and which we were not expecting. Very quiet location with owner on hand if needed - we had to ask assistance with the TV - which Kirsty sorted out immediately. Absolutely loved our two night stay in this clean, cosy and well-equipped Annexe and we are hoping to return for a longer stay. We couldn't explore the area as we'd hoped as we had a problem with our vehicle, but hopefully we can do that in the future.

The accommodation is superb, so clean, very convenient. We were cycling and there are some great cycles around the area. The roads in Suffolk are traffic free (well the roads we cycled), with minimal potholes.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Fantastic annexe, very comfortable and well kitted out. Would highly recommend.

Loved everything.

If i had to improve anything I'd fit a fly catcher or 2 . Where the property is situated it's understandable there's insects . When you open windows and the lights on it attracts them.

This is my go to place in Suffolk, the location is quiet and beautiful. The property is fitted out to a very high standard immaculately clean. Kirsty the owner is very helpful. The welcome pack is excellent and can be a life saver.

I like everything about the property the only thing missing is a small kitchen table but if the weather is good there is a lovely patio area with a good sized roundtable that seats 4z
