"A relaxation break will go back"

Location , clean , easy for places . Everything and more equipment in annexe . Super cupboard space , goodie bits left so thoughtful . Able to relax in comfort / little part outside to sit.

Lovely annex! Very clean and everything that you would need for a holiday including parking. Nicely decorated and well specked. Lovely village too.Kirsty was ver helpful and provided a welcome pack which was very helpful. She accommodated a GF bread request too!

The only thing missing was a table to eat at- just a breakfast bar.

"An outstanding place to stay"

This property is superb. Everything about it from the cutlery and kitchen white goods to the easy-glide curtains and super comfortable mattresses, shouted quality. No expense has been spared to furnish it. It's in a beautiful, quiet village. There's outside space for pre-dinner drinks.

"A wonderful holiday base for exploring what to us was a new area."

The location was very peaceful, but well placed for exploring the Suffolk countryside and notable heritage sites in Bury St Edmunds, Ely and the Stour Valley. The property was extremely well appointed and we were provided with a welcome pack on arrival which was very thoughtful of Kirsty, our hostess, who also provided lots of useful information about the area.

The weather!!! Otherwise, nothing.
