The attention to detail and quality throughout the property made for an outstanding stay. Furniture & Decor The quality and comfort of the furniture was truly outstanding. Every piece was carefully selected to create a perfect blend of style and comfort, making the living spaces both elegant and inviting. Kitchen The kitchen was a chef's dream, fully stocked with all the equipment needed for cooking and entertaining: Complete set of modern appliances High-quality cookware and utensils Ample counter space Well-organized storage Bathrooms The bathrooms were immaculately maintained: Spotlessly clean Fresh, fluffy towels provided Modern fixtures Excellent water pressure Bedrooms The bedrooms were a highlight of the property: Clean and cozy atmosphere Contemporary design and decor Comfortable, high-quality bedding Modern amenities Peaceful sleeping environment Overall Atmosphere The entire property created a wonderful, comfortable environment that truly felt like a home away from home. Disappointing Aspects of Our Stay ⚠️ Noise Disturbance 🔊 The most significant issue during our stay was the unacceptable noise level: Loud party taking place nearby People shouting and singing Excessive music volume Made it extremely difficult to sleep Severely impacted the quality of our rest Access Problems 🔑 We encountered frustrating difficulties with initial access to the property: The key box code provided in the email was incorrect Considerable time wasted trying to enter the property Had to spend time attempting to contact the host Delayed response from the host regarding the correct code Created unnecessary stress at check-in Communication Issues 📱 The host's communication left much to be desired: Difficulty reaching the host when needed Delayed response to our urgent access situation Initial information provided was inaccurate Added unnecessary stress to our arrival Impact on Stay These issues significantly affected our experience: Lost valuable time dealing with access problems First impression was negative due to check-in difficulties Sleep quality was severely compromised Overall relaxation and comfort were diminished Suggestions for Improvement For future guests, we recommend: Host should implement better noise control measures Double-check access codes before sending to guests Improve response time for urgent matters Provide alternative contact for emergencies While the property itself had positive aspects, these issues significantly impacted our overall experience and comfort during the stay.

Nice location. Living room and garden area is nice.

The state the house was in. Dirty dishes in the sink and drainer. kitchen bin was full. In the en suite bathroom upstairs was a container full of dirty stinky nappies.In the shower were used bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The wardrobes were full of toys and spare linen, leaving very little room for our clothes. The 2 single beds were joined together,one with wooden panels,around.ok for children, but not teenagers or adults. Clearly the house was lived in and the occupants had left in a hurry,leaving alot of their stuff behind.

The property was clean , comfortable and well presented.

parking space available, clear instructions for check in, clean and tidy with everything we needed - tea and coffee provided as well as a small cupboard of other items for use. Nice shower and water pressure, comfy beds
