Loved it ,the decor was beautiful. Very clean spacious. Made a stressful journey so much more nicer having somewhere quiet and beautiful to stay . Travelling from cornwall with our 3 year old don for his cancer treatment can be stressfull at times ,jonah loved the apartment walking around and the garden ,looking at the birds . Communication was great . Really appreciate the understanding of our situation . Definitely woukd recommend this love to come back .Thankyou

Lovely street lovely area. they came out to fix an over flowing shower tray.

The house was surrounded with scaffolding that we had to step over to get to the lock box and again to get to the door. (Obviously we hadn't been told about any of this) Our car was covered with grit and dust. The builders woke us up early. The place smelt damp and wasn't very clean, the washing up liquid was watered down and the washing machine had mould inside, there were cobwebs etc it could have been empty for a while? It was a shame as it looked beautiful and was well equipped etc disappointed as it looked so luxurious

A fabulous location near the downs that is quiet and peaceful. The accommodation is on the ground floor, with spacious rooms, and has a great layout for couples sharing accommodation with both bedrooms having en-suite shower rooms. The accommodation was generally well appointed and comfortable to relax in. Nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. Lots of open space nearby to walk dogs. We walked into Bristol (40 minutes) and Clifton Village (30 minutes) It was great to have the facility to park the car on-site. Queries about the property were responded to promptly. We would stay at this property again if we were in Bristol. Many thanks, we had a lovely stay.

The bath room light is automatic and stays on for too long. This is a little annoying in the night as the light seeps into the bedroom. Also check the hob rings as the central one didn’t seem to light fully. There were no other issues with the property. To improve I would suggest providing the following which are relatively inexpensive but would enhance the guest experience: wine glasses (there are champagne flutes but no wine glasses), a wider range of larger pans and some serving bowls for cooking and serving dinner, placements for the table, an extra bar stool in the kitchen, salt, pepper, oil, and a few kitchen basics like foil etc, provide a small welcome pack (milk etc.)

The wifi didnt work in the bedrooms

Modernized, spacious , lacking nothing really! For us the location was perfect cause we walked 5 minutes to ours sons house( this was a family visit)

We liked everything, but if I must pick something up , did not like the small bathroom’s automatic light which keeps going off when u are still inside! Sure it’ll be fixed
