Location, comfortable beds, and parking

Oven was quite dirty as was the pan. We only wanted to warm some croissants! Also no light in the dining room

Convenient location to waterfront and downtown/historic district. Easy off street parking/driveway adjacent to unit. VERY convenient for my Westie - grass immediately outside front door, sidewalks, great area for walking, felt safe and neighborly.

Kitchen refrigerator and freezer were not thoroughly cleaned. Closet in master bedroom was quite full of "stuff" including a lawnmower. Therefore I used closet in 2nd bedroom.

Great location near the river front!

Old brick unit that was part of another home upstairs. Driveway was a tricky turn in and back out to a busy street - we trashed the undercarriage of our car entering the narrow driveway and ran out of a half used role of toilet paper.
